A good way of building muscle is training close to failure with proper technique and also applying progressive overload, in terms of training. Make sure to have proper nutrition and sleep qualit which will promote muscle growth.

To conclude, the pump is a sign you ree using your muscles but you also need to give them a reason to grow by training close to failure, while using progressive overload.

Before becoming a vegan I used an organic whey protein as a base. I make a blended drink with seeds, nuts, brewer’s yeast—foods such as those and add the whey to it. I go back a long time, before whey. I used a drink similar to what I described at one time. I also found that eating peanuts and drinking apple cider or juice before a workout resulted in fast gains in strength and size. The pro bodybuilders were eating baby food during their workouts at that time. They felt it was rapidly digested and wouldn’t interfere with their workout.

You might have a good casein protein drink before bed or some cottage cheese. Slowly digested protein which will feed your muscles as you sleep.

I have always had equipment at home. Whatever muscle or group is lagging or that you worked out that day, do a few sets of something to get the blood flow back there. You will see nice gains. Do full range reps for symmetry as well as development close to the muscle’s attachment points. For example the full “stretch” under weight in the curl helps prevent the high or short bicep, the empty area near the elbow but a big peak looking a little out of sync.

The reality of the situation is this:

  • If you really want to increase test levels beyond normal then steroids are your only real option. They work very well BUT they come with a LOT of side-effects that you should look into.
  • Other Test boosting supplements are typically just a mixture of random chemical crap with very little science to suggest any significant effect on test levels.
  • Chances are that if you want to make better progress with training then a better understanding of programming and nutrition will do you much more benefit.

It’s more of a combi cardio and weights. If you want to get big then traditional bodybuilding is clearly the winner.
